CrossFit Miramont provides a professional, safe, welcoming atmosphere with a variety of programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. We want your work in the gym to help make life outside the gym better! Maybe that means you can hike further, ride your bike harder, or just have more fun! Each workout is custom tailored to the individual participant within a group setting. All ages and abilities are welcome and can thrive at CrossFit Miramont! We not only offer CrossFit, but also have a HUGE rock wall, conventional lifting and cardio equipment. We have TONs of yoga and other group fitness options as well.
